We first connected with Jo through a collaborative marketing initiative we ran with Vision Australia, and have since had the opportunity to engage with her at industry events and through our Australian Disability Network Webinar where Braille Tactile Signs Aust. and guests focused on the topic of the Future of Braille. Joanne’s lived experience brings a powerful perspective to the importance of pragmatic accessible design. Her appreciation for well-crafted Braille Tactile Signs, and the role they play in supporting independence and confidence, reflects exactly why this work matters.
